Pricing

Priced by the clients you care for, not the people you employ.

Every feature is in every tier. The only number that moves your bill is how many clients you are actively caring for this month — so hiring another aide, opening another office, or giving a biller their own login costs nothing.

Billed monthly in US dollars. No annual contract, no setup fee, no per-user charge.

One system. Not a starting point you unlock the rest of.

Splicea is one record from applicant to invoice. Selling it back to you in pieces would undo the only thing that makes it worth using.

  • Hiring and onboarding

Job board, hosted careers page, applications, and the accepted applicant becoming an employee record.

  • Staff and credentials

Licences and certifications that raise their hand before they expire.

  • Scheduling

A calendar that refuses to double-book, with authorisations enforced as you schedule.

  • Visit verification (EVV)

Captured offline, encrypted on the device, synced when the phone reconnects.

  • Clinical documentation

Notes checked as they are written, with medication interaction screening in the chart.

  • Billing

Claims that carry their own visit evidence.

  • Payroll

Paid from the same verified visits you billed.

  • Incidents

Reported, tracked and closed inside the record.

  • Every person who needs a login

Coordinators, nurses, aides, billers, administrators. All of them, always.

  • The caregiver mobile app

Not a separate line item. It is how visits get captured.

What your bill will never include.

Each of these is standard somewhere in this category. None of them is a product — they are ways of charging twice for software you already bought.

  • Per user

Hire ten aides this month and your bill does not move.

  • Per module

There is no billing add-on, no clinical add-on, no EVV add-on. There is Splicea.

  • Setup fees

Implementation is part of the price, not a line item negotiated separately.

  • Data migration

We move your data with you rather than handing you an import template.

  • Support

Talking to us about the software you are paying for is not a product.

The questions a pricing page usually dodges.

What counts as an active client?
Someone with at least one scheduled or completed visit in the calendar month. A client on your books with no visits that month does not count, and neither does a discharged client whose record you are retaining. You can see the current number in Splicea at any time — it is not a figure we calculate somewhere you cannot check.
What happens when we cross a tier?
Nothing, mid-month. If you finish a month above your tier, the next month starts on the next tier — and if you drop back down, so does the price. Nothing is backdated and nothing is renegotiated. Growth is not a trigger for a sales conversation.
Is there an annual contract?
No. Billing is monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. An agency that stays because leaving is painful is not a reference, and a twelve-month lock-in mostly protects software that would not survive a monthly decision.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours and you can export it — clients, staff, visits, documentation and billing history. We would rather lose an agency cleanly than hold their records hostage. Every export is written to the audit trail, which is a HIPAA obligation rather than a restriction on you.
Do you charge more for multiple offices?
Only through the client count, which already reflects the size of what you run. Offices, teams and locations are structure inside your agency, not a metering opportunity.
Why is this page not a "contact us for pricing" form?
Because gated pricing exists to let the seller decide what each buyer can afford. It is the second most common complaint about every incumbent in this category, and publishing the number is the cheapest possible way to not be that.

What this page does not claim

Splicea is new. We do not publish an uptime guarantee or a support-response time, because we would be inventing both — and a number invented to win a deal is a number you find out about during your worst week. We work with a small number of agencies at a time so the answer is “we picked up” rather than a tier name. When we have earned the right to commit to figures, they will appear here.

Bring a real week of your schedule.

We will walk through hiring, scheduling, a verified visit, the note and the claim — in the software, with your own awkward cases in it.
